BeginPackage["package`"] set package` to $Context and {package`} to $ContextPath. 


EndPackage[] reset all variables to their values before BeginPackage[]

Usage Statements
  Function::usage="some statements or usage messages for easier use.";

Warning message
   Function::rwn="some error or warning message."

A simple example:

BeginPackage["test`"]
test::"usage" = "usage of test";
test::rwn = "Your input is `1`";
Begin["`private`"]
test[x_] := Module[{},Message[test::rwn,x]];
End[]
EndPackage[]

Save the above as mytest.m to the path Applications\mypackage\
